Killian is an associate in our IP/IT & Data Protection practice group in Paris.

He advises French and international clients in the areas of intellectual property, information technology and data protection, in particular in the context of commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

Killian is a member of the Paris and New York bars. He holds a bilingual Master's degree in business law, focus Common Law, and an LL.M from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Killian was an associate at a global American firm.

Il conseille des clients français et internationaux dans les domaines de la propriété intellectuelle, le droit des nouvelles technologies et la protection des données personnelles, en particulier dans le cadre de transactions commerciales, fusions-acquisitions et joint-ventures.

Killian est avocat aux barreaux de Paris et de New York. Il est titulaire d’un Master 2 bilingue en droit des affaires spécialité Common Law et d’un LL.M de l’University of California, Berkeley. Avant de rejoindre Eversheds Sutherland, Killian était collaborateur au sein d’un cabinet international américain.
