Christina is specialised in advising on real estate transactions (share and asset deals). Moreover, she focuses on advising clients on commercial leases.

She studied law at the University of Regensburg.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Christina worked in the real estate practice group of a renowned law firm in Munich.

Her experience includes:

  • Providing advice on the sale of an office property in Munich
  • Providing ongoing advice to an international e-commerce and logistics company on the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements and addenda
  • Advising project developers in connection with various real estate matters (e.g. purchase and sale, leasing, counselling during construction as well as structuring of property issues)
