Rolf is a Partner at Eversheds Sutherland and a Certified Specialist in Labour and Employment Law. He has over 15 years' experience in national and cross-border restructurings, acquisitions, redundancies, outsourcing projects and negotiations with works councils and unions on all collective bargaining issues. In addition, he focuses on advising national and international companies regarding company pension law and employer-related social security issues. Rolf heads the German Pensions and Benefits Group of Eversheds Sutherland.

Rolf regularly holds seminar events on labour law-related topics in Germany and abroad, among others for FORUM Institut für Management on the topics temporary employment and labour law for executives.
