Mark joined us from Linklaters in August 2014 as a partner in our Human Resources Practice Group, specialising in pensions law.

Mark advises on all aspects of pensions law. He has considerable experience in advising both pension scheme trustees and product issuers in relation to pension fund investment including in relation to all forms of investment products and structures. He also advises both pension scheme trustees and employer sponsors in relation to corporate transactions, scheme funding and scheme mergers and reorganisations.

Mark also advises pension scheme trustees in relation to the day to day running of pensions schemes including rule amendments, member disputes and communications.

Recent work includes advising in relation to the implementation of a de-risking mandate involving IMAs and derivatives, closing schemes to future accrual and re-writing pension scheme rules.

Mark is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers' Website Committee.
