Kurt is a consultant in our company commercial group. He specialises in corporate transactions including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, mergers & acquisitions, public takeovers, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures.

For initial public offerings, his recent experience includes (i) advised Yunnan Water Investment Co., Limited (6839.HK) on its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in May 2015, (ii) advised the sponsor Quam Capital Limited and the underwriters on the listing of Hypebeast Limited (8359.HK) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in April 2016, (iii) advised TEM Holdings Limited (8346.HK) on its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in May 2016, and (iv) advised the sponsor Lego Corporate Finance Limited and the underwriters on the listing of HongGuang Lighting Holdings Company Limited (8343.HK) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in December 2016, (v) advised BGMC International Limited (1693.HK) on its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in August 2017, (vi) advised the sponsor China Everbright Capital Limited and the underwriters on the listing of the Sanbase Corporation Limited (8501.HK) in January 2018 and (vii) advised the sponsor Lego Corporate Finance Limited and the underwriters on the listing of B & S International Holdings Limited (1705.HK) in February 2018.

On mergers & acquisitions and public takeovers, his recent experience includes: (i) advised Eagle Ride Investments Limited to acquire the controlling stake of Radford Capital Investments Limited (901.HK) in November 2013, (ii) advised Mr. Martin Pos, Mr. Matthias Steinacker, Mr. Stefan Huber, Mr. Mankil Cho, Dritte AFM Beteiligungs GmbH and Vierte AFM Beteiligungs GmbH in relation to its disposal of Columbus Holdings GmbH to Goodbaby International Holdings Limited (1086.HK) in January 2014, (iii) advised New World China Land Limited (917.HK) on its proposed privatisation by Easywin Enterprises Corporation Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of New World Development Company Limited (17.HK) and proposed withdrawal of the listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of a scheme of arrangement announced in March 2014 and subsequently by way of general offer made in February 2016, and (iv) advised Chiho-Tiande Group Limited (976.HK) in relation to unconditional mandatory cash offers made by USUM Investment Group Hong Kong Limited in January 2016.
