Practice notes

Louis is a Senior Associate in the Banking & Finance department of Eversheds Sutherland in Paris.

His practice focuses on project finance and acquisition finance in France and abroad, especially in Africa.

Louis advises sponsors and borrowers as well as lenders (French and foreign commercial banks, multilateral development banks, investment funds) in the financing of transport, telecommunications and energy infrastructures, mining financings, etc.

He also has an in-depth knowledge of banking and financial law and is familiar with the regulatory framework of the OHADA Uniform Acts.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Louis has been a finance lawyer at Hogan Lovells Paris for five years.
