Nikki is a Partner in our real estate team specialising in real estate finance. She acts for a variety of clients including clearing banks such as Barclays, Santander, RBS and HSBC; international banks like United Overseas Bank, Qatar National Bank and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank; alternative lenders such as Venn, Starwood, Cheyne, Cain Hoy, Letter One, Urban Exposure and Aeriance.

The real estate finance team comprises a joint venture between banking and real estate.

Nikki runs a team of 10 real estate finance specialists across the network of offices and co-ordinates specialist input from fee earners across construction, litigation, tax and other practice areas as appropriate in order to deliver a national team approach to real estate finance transactions on behalf of real estate finance clients.
