Jane is a Principal Associate in the occupier's team of our real estate practice group. She has a background in all the key areas of real estate relevant to clients who are owner/occupiers, investors and developers. She has particular expertise in working with clients whose real estate portfolio comprises a mixture of all these elements. Her experience therefore includes all real estate aspects of corporate transactions and due diligence work. She also has a wide experience in developments and new builds; acquisitions; sale and leasebacks; sales of surplus land; investment purchases and disposals and all aspects of asset management.
