Admitted to the Paris Bar, Romain is a senior associate within our Litigation & Dispute Management department.

He handles complex commercial disputes before national courts and arbitral tribunals, in France and in the OHADA zone, covering pre-litigation and enforcement steps (including ADR procedures and enforcement of arbitral awards).

Romain lectures on enforcement law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

He graduated from King’s College London with a Master of Laws (LLM). Romain also holds a postgraduate degree in business and tax law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a DJCE/business law degree from the University of Lyon III Jean Moulin.
