Recent highlights of Helen’s career have included successfully defending seven counts of alleged unlawful conduct, including unfair dismissal, and sex, race and disability discrimination; and defending a case involving the interpretation of the Employment Tribunal’s ability to construe the terms of a contract in a s13 ERA dispute to the Court of Appeal.
