Practice notes

David is a Principal Associate in the technology team in London. David advises on a wide range of commercial and technology agreements.

David's recent experience includes advising a:

  • consortium of agricultural commodity providers on the roll-out of a global blockchain platform;
  • building society on its provision of a mortgage origination platform;
  • business bank on its outsourcing of cheque imaging technology;
  • retail bank on an agreement for the development and provision of an outsourced loan proposition IT platform;
  • university on its procurement of the transformation, transition and operation of network services across its estate;
  • household name brand on a number of IT agreements including a digital platform for developing interactive data acquisition.

David has recently spent 6 months on secondment to the Santander Services Legal team, advising the bank on a wide range of technology agreements including: SaaS agreements, cloud-based platform agreements, agile methodology software arrangements and a wide-range of other IT and service agreements.
