David Němeček provides legal advice to domestic and international clients, particularly in the areas of real estate transactions, lease negotiations and property development. In addition to real estate law, David has experience providing complex advice on obtaining investment incentives.

David graduated from the Charles University Faculty of Law and speaks English in addition to Czech.

David Němeček poskytuje právní poradenství tuzemským i mezinárodním klientům, a to zejména v oblasti nemovitostních transakcí, vyjednávání nájemních podmínek nebo developmentu. Vedle nemovitostního práva má David zkušenosti i s komplexním poradenstvím při získávání investičních pobídek.

David absolvoval Právnickou fakultu Univerzity Karlovy a vedle češtiny hovoří anglickým jazykem.

David Němeček berät in- und ausländische Mandanten vor allem in den Bereichen Immobilientransaktionen, Mietvertragsverhandlungen und Immobilienentwicklung. Neben dem Immobilienrecht verfügt David über Erfahrung in der komplexen Beratung zur Erlangung von Investitionsanreizen.

David hat an der juristischen Fakultät der Karlsuniversität studiert und spricht sowohl Englisch als auch Tschechisch.
