Phill is a Partner in our Real Estate Practice Group.

He advises clients on a broad scope of real estate work ranging from landlord and tenant, investment transactions, complex site assembly and promotion, real estate finance through to funding structures.

He specialises in acting for commercial developers, funders and the public sector on complex development and regeneration projects including joint venture structures and strategic partnering agreements delivering multiphase, mixed use developments across a number of sectors.

Phill’s recent work in the real estate sector includes advising clients on the assembly, delivery of infrastructure and the development of complex mixed use residential, employment and logistics sites.
