Cornelia Pusch is a lawyer and Counsel in the Labour Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich. She advises and represents companies in labour law matters. She focuses on the extensive planning and accompanying of restructuring and rationalisation measures, the advice and representation in connection with dismissals and the structuring of tailored employment contracts, (managing) director service agreements and other regulations in companies such as flexible working time regulations, remuneration models, company car guidelines etc. Cornelia has particular experience in the legal advice with reference to acquisitions and sales of companies in the international context. Moreover, she has specific experience with respect to guidelines for employment contracts, the framework regulation for staff representation systems and church labour law.

Cornelia’s recent experience includes:

  • Restructuring and reorganisation of two companies in the area of publishing - advice regarding the drafting of a restructuring plan and the implementation of the measure, including advice on leaving associations and works constitution law topics
  • Restructuring and subsequent closure of a company in the area of digital TV - extensive advice regarding the restructuring plan and representation regarding the conclusion of the reconciliation of interests and social plan
  • Advice regarding spin-off, acquisition and follow-up merger of a company in the area of payroll accounting including advice on works constitution law topics
  • Restructuring and reorganisation of a company in the area of software and hardware - co-determination regarding the restructuring plan as well as implementing this measure, including the communication concept
  • Regular legal support to one of the largest social associations, including representation before court
  • Extensive labour law advice to several pharmaceutical companies
