Kirsi has over 20 years of experience in acting as a legal advisor for companies and public entities in both Finnish and international contexts. Cooperation with clients has turned into long-term partnerships, and Kirsi has become the trusted go-to legal advisor for many companies especially within the SME sector. Kirsi’s approach to work is very practical and business-driven.

Kirsi advises our clients especially in M&A and corporate transactions, such as transfers of assets, share exchanges, mergers and demergers. She has been involved in hundreds of different transactions and arrangements over her career. Kirsi also has significant experience in private equity investment and she has advised many private equity funds.

Kirsi finds agreements and various contractual arrangements inspiring; drafting and negotiating an extensive array of business law contracts has characterized her work throughout her career. Contracts in the field of ICT and technology law, in particular, are one of Kirsi’s central areas of focus. Real estate law, real estate development projects and real estate agreements lie at the heart of Kirsi’s know-how, as do the related construction projects.
