Practice notes

Saara is co-head of our Real Estate, Construction and Environmental Practice Group, responsible for real estate transactions and commercial leases. Moreover, she is specialized in private equity funds.

Saara also has in-debt experience in other commercial contract matters and company law. She has served as a trustee of bankruptcy estates and has assisted in other insolvency law matters. In addition, Saara litigates in the commercial disputes within her areas of practice.

She is a member of our Board of Directors and a member of the Real Estate Management Board of Eversheds International.

Saara works in our Helsinki office.
