Practice notes

Martin Rauber reinforces the Zurich team for national and international arbitration and litigation since November 2018. In addition, his main areas of practice are competition and antitrust law, public procurement and sports law. Martin Rauber represents national and international clients before state courts, arbitral tribunals and administrative bodies. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked with a business law firm specializing in litigation and arbitration as well as a court clerk with the District Court of Horgen. Martin Rauber is also substitute judge with the District Court of Horgen and editor with swissblawg.ch.

Martin Rauber studied law at the University of Freiburg i.Ue. and at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (lic. iur., 2005). He was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2009. He did a doctorate at the University of Zurich in the field of competition law (Dr. iur., 2010). Moreover, Martin holds an LL.M. in commercial law from the University of Edinburgh (LL.M., 2013).

Martin Rauber is member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Association, of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA/ASA below 40), the International Association of Young Lawyers, the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht, the Swiss Association for Public Procurement as well as the Association Suisse de Droit du Sport.
