Kath is the Chair of Eversheds (International) LLP and Co-Chair of Eversheds Sutherland’s Global Board.

Kath is a Trustee of the Eversheds Sutherland Charitable Trust and also sits on the firm's Inclusion Council.

She was formerly Senior Office Partner of Eversheds Sutherland's Cardiff office. She was also on the Real Estate Executive, with specific responsibility for People and Technology.

Kath is Client Partner for one of the firm's priority clients, working with the Client Service Team to oversee the delivery of Group Legal, Investor, Real Estate Investor and Equity Release services.

She is also Relationship Partner for Konexo Real Estate’s largest clients: the team delivers higher volume conveyancing services for Real Estate clients, and residential conveyancing services, for some of the firm's largest Financial Services clients.

The Konexo Real Estate team also includes a Projects team which provides support to the rest of Eversheds Sutherland on high volume legal projects.

Having served on the CBI Wales Council for several years Kath was CBI Wales Chair during 2021 and 2022. Kath has also been made an Honorary Fellow of Cardiff Metropolitan University for her contribution to the legal and business sector and work on diversity.

Kath is a member of UK Finance, the Conveyancing Association and the Equity Release Council. She is a Board member of Maggie's Cancer centre and is also one of the founding members of the Monumental Welsh Women group which is spearheading a campaign to deliver more public art representing women in Wales.
