Mark is a Partner in the Corporate Group at Eversheds Sutherland's London office. Mark has a broad range of corporate experience specialising in Public M&A, Equity Capital Markets and other listed/quoted company transactions and the provision of public company and corporate governance advice.

Examples of transactions on which Mark has advised include: Alere Inc. on its £235 million recommended (initially hostile) takeover of Axis-Shield plc; May Gurney on the competing offers from Kier and Costain valuing it at £221m; Waterlogic plc on its £122m take private; Daisy plc on its £494m take private; Teledyne Technologies Incorporated on its £620m bid for e2v technologies plc; Altrad Investment Authority SAS on its recommended cash offer for Cape plc; Sinclair Pharma on its £167 million takeover by Huadong Medicine; Dairy Crest on its £975 million takeover by Saputo Inc.; Diurnal Group plc on its £75m AIM IPO; NewRiver Retail Limited on its £25m AIM IPO and £500m of subsequent AIM fundraisings; NewRiver Retail Limited on the imposition of a new English holding company, NewRiver REIT, and its redomiciliation via a Guernsey cancellation scheme of arrangement and move to the Main Market; NewRiver REIT plc on its firm placing, placing and open offer raising £225m; Dairy Crest Group plc on its £75m non pre-emptive placing; and IntegraFin Holdings plc on its Main Market IPO resulting in a market cap of £650m and raising £178m for selling shareholders.
