Practice notes

Thomas Roullet is a senior associate in our Corporate M&A team. He advises and assists a wide range of clients, from start-ups and SMEs to international listed groups. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financial (re-)structuring and corporate governance. He is also regularly advises his clients on banking and regulatory matters.

During his studies, Thomas worked as a legal and commercial assistant for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical groups. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked as an associate in a renowned Swiss law firm, focusing on corporate law and M&A.

Thomas studied at the University of Geneva. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in 2013 and a Master's degree in business law in 2015. During the same year, Thomas also obtained a Certificate in Transnational Law (CTL) as well as a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Profession from the University of Geneva.

Active in the associative world, Thomas is a member of the Geneva Bar Association (OdA), the Swiss Bar Association (FSA) and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
