Christophe is a Partner at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich and especially advises on corporate acquisitions and sales, private equity, venture capital, real estate transactions, financing as well as general questions concerning business law.

Christophe has supported numerous corporate acquisitions and sales, the acquisition and sale of real estate portfolios, the establishment of national and international joint ventures, corporate and project financing, the restructuring of corporate groups and company cooperations. In particular, Christophe advises family offices as well as private equity investors.

Christophe is also a member of various supervisory boards.

He is recommended for M&A by Best Lawyers. Furthermore the JUVE handbook 2015/2016 lists Christophe as a frequently recommended lawyer for corporate law.

Christophe’s recent experience includes:

  • Advice to a family office with respect to numerous acquisitions and sales of shareholdings, the structuring of shareholdings as well as joint ventures
  • Advice to an investor on a large number of project financings, in particular, in the area of mezzanine financing as part of real estate projects
  • Advice to a German group with respect to various cross-border acquisitions
