Practice notes

During Henrik's over 10-year career, he has represented numerous clients, including major industrial buyers and sellers as well as equity investors. The arrangement of corporate structures relating to corporate transactions, financial arrangements based on equity and borrowed capital, and company and contract law-related arrangements form a central part of his work.

Another key area of Henrik's work consists of real estate transactions and rental agreements and other arrangements relating to them.

He has advised in several significant renewable energy transactions and projects. Henrik has advised domestic and international real estate and renewable energy funds and other institutional investors as well as operators using properties themselves.
