Mandip is a Principal Associate in our Corporate Occupiers team, working alongside Dawn Hilton and Matthew Hanley.

Mandip has extensive experience supporting a wide variety of retail clients with their day-to-day property portfolio management ranging from lease renewals to leasehold and freehold disposals and acquisitions. Acting for both Landlords and Tenants alike. She also has experience dealing with property development. Mandip also supports with the corporate aspects of asset and share deals, her most recent involvement being with a £100m corporate share deal which involved an extensive mixed property portfolio.

Mandip also leads the delivery of a strategic divestment programme for a national healthcare retailer which involves the development and implementation of a bespoke streamlined process for the client.
