Alex Schütz advises clients on international and domestic M&A, private equity and corporate transactions in various industries, corporate reorganizations as well as general corporate matters. Furthermore, he is the head of the Start-up desk Switzerland – in this function, he supports founders, start-ups and investors, inter alia, in venture capital transactions, employee participation plans and exits. He also advises clients in all aspects of Sports law.

Alex Schütz was admitted to the bar in 2014, obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from King’s College London in 2016 and also holds a certificate as certified global negotiator (CGN-HSG).

Alex Schütz joined the firm in 2017 and has since built a very strong reputation with clients in the legal industry. He is a member of the Berne and Swiss Bar Associations.
