Holly Short is a Principal Associate in our Human Resources Practice group specialising in employment law.

Holly advised on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law and has particular experience in dealing with complex, high value and sensitive disputes involving allegations of unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing, the people issues arising from TUPE transfers, collective consultant and industrial relations.

Holly’s recent experience includes advising a financial institution on the employment law considerations arising from a Regulator’s enforcement action and defending multiple Employment Tribunal claims alleging widespread discrimination arising from a restructuring exercise.

Holly is a member of the Employment Lawyer’s Association and has been quotes in Chambers and Partners as a “real up and comer” who has a “very clear understanding of TUPE”.
