David Solberg is a Senior Associate in the M&A and Corporate practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.

He inter alia advises national and international companies in the area of M&A, Corporate and Venture Capital.

David is a member of the Munich Bar Association (Rechtsanwaltskammer München).

He studied law at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich. He completed his professional training in Berlin.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, David worked in the M&A and Life science practice group of a renowned international law firm and in the Corporate/M&A practice group of a German law firm in Munich.
