Steven is a Senior Associate in our real estate group. He has extensive experience in residential property, with a particular focus on leasehold enfranchisement law.

Steven advises clients on the technical aspects of:

  • the right of first refusal provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987;
  • collective enfranchisement, right to manage and statutory lease extension claims under the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993; and
  • lease extension and enfranchisement claims for houses under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967.

Steven also regularly acts on the sale and purchase of residential properties in the London area.

Steven’s clients include high net worth individuals, real estate investors, real estate investment trusts, family offices, public trusts, banks and other institutions.
