Practice notes

Carol Tissot is a member of Eversheds Sutherland employment and insurance team. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, she acquired experience in banking law while working at Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch (2007), BNP Paribas (2011) and Arab Bank (Switzerland) Ltd (2012-2019) in Geneva. She also worked as a clerk for the Labor Tribunal in Geneva (Tribunal des Prud’hommes de Genève) from 2010 to 2017, before becoming a President in 2018.

Carol Tissot graduated from the University of Geneva (lic. iur. 2005). She also holds a Certificate in transnational law (2005), a Master of Advanced Studies (LL.M.) in business law (2007) and an MBA specialized in commodity trade finance (2017) from the same University. She also obtained a Bachelor in economic science and management in 2017. In 2022, she completed a Certificate in Advanced Studies (CAS) in Data Protection from the same University.
