Practice notes

Sarah is a Legal Director supporting the Corporate group. Sarah has a number of years transactional experience advising on ECM, public M&A and international M&A transactions, as well as advising companies and directors on corporate regulatory and compliance obligations.

As a PSL Sarah focusses on Plc advisory, equity capital markets, public M&A and corporate governance advice for both traded and large private companies. Sarah also leads on environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters to support the Corporate team, both across governance and reporting matters and M&A.

Sarah is the lead PSL for client and external knowledge for the Corporate team. She writes regular client briefings and thought leadership pieces on topical issues and developments on the horizon in her specialist areas.
