Victoria is an Associate in the Litigation & Arbitration department of Eversheds Sutherland, with a focus on white-collar crime.
She is experienced in all areas of criminal business law and compliance matters, including multi-jurisdictional investigations, anti-corruption and anti-bribery compliance as well as risk management programmes.
Her practice also extends to both commercial litigation and corporate litigation.
Victoria holds a Master’s degree in international business law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Master’s degree in international and comparative law from the Royal University Of Law And Economics of Phnom Penh.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, she has worked at several international law firms both in France and abroad, as well as in the legal department of a famous French clothing brand.

Victoria est collaboratrice au sein du département Contentieux & Arbitrage d’Eversheds Sutherland, avec une spécialisation en droit pénal des affaires et compliance.
Elle intervient dans tous les domaines du droit pénal des affaires mais également dans le cadre d’enquêtes multi-juridictionnelles, ainsi qu’en matière de prévention des risques et de compliance anti-corruption.
Sa pratique s’étend en outre au contentieux commercial et au contentieux judiciaire haut de bilan.
Victoria est diplômée du Master 2 Droit des affaires internationales de l’Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas et d’un Master en droit international comparé de l’Université Royale de Droit et des Sciences Économiques de Phnom Penh.
Avant de rejoindre Eversheds Sutherland, elle a travaillé dans plusieurs cabinets d’avocats internationaux de premier plan en France et à l’étranger, ainsi qu’auprès de la direction juridique d’une grande marque de prêt-à-porter.
