Antony is a Partner in our corporate group and focuses on cross-border work for global major corporates, often for businesses in the Diversified Industrials and/or Technology sectors.

Transactions include: acting for shareholders of Cybex GmbH on €70m sale to Goodbaby International; acting for shareholders of Eastern Airways on sale to Bristow Helicopters; acting for LDC and shareholders of Benson Box on $165m sale to Graphic Packaging International; acting for founder shareholders and Mobeus EP on disposal of Focus Pharmaceuticals to AMCo; advising Beech Tree PE on investments in RS Fleet, Wavenet and Redstor; advising Lyceum Capital on the acquisition of Coryton Advanced Fuels; acting for Cisco on the acquisition of Portcullis Computer Security; advising HKS on the acquisition of Brobot Petroleum; advising FMC Technologies on its Forsys joint-venture with Technip; acting for Equistone on the buy-out of Worldmark and subsequent exit to CCL Industries; advising LDC on the buy-out of TXM Plant; acting for founder shareholders and NVM PE on the sale of Optilan to Blue Water Energy; acting for LDC on the secondary buy-out of Addo Food Group; acting for founder shareholders on the sale of Aquila Insight to Merkle / Dentsu Aegis Network; acting for Equistone on the buy-out of Inspired Thinking Group; advising TechnipFMC on the acquisition of the Plexus wellhead technology business; acting for TechnipFMC on its investment in Magma, the flexible pipe technology business; supporting Tenneco with the International aspects of its $5.4bn acquisition of Federal Mogul; and advising SNC-Lavalin on its acquisition of a majority stake in the $340m substation technology JV, Linxon.
