He has over 15 years of corporate finance experience. His practice focuses on equity capital market transactions and general corporate law. He has extensive experience in representing issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings. He also possesses broad experience in serving both state-owned enterprises and privately-owned enterprises in the PRC.

Further, he specialises in advising listed companies, including large-scale H shares companies, on a wide range of post-IPO transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, high-yield bonds and convertible bonds issuances.
