Deborah is a partner and specialises in investment funds and financial services regulation.

Deborah’s specialism includes advising on Irish authorisation/structuring/establishment issues related to UCITS/AIF, management companies, investment managers/advisers, depositaries and fund administrators. She has in depth experience advising those funds, management companies and services providers more broadly on distribution and marketing related issues, payment services, compliance and corporate governance requirements, AML, and other regulatory requirements.

Deborah won ‘Financial Regulation Lawyer of the Year’ at the Women in Business Law Europe Awards 2021.
