He is mainly focused on civil and commercial matters with international implications and is highly experienced in corporate and commercial disputes, construction, infrastructure and energy matters, real estate litigation and antitrust damages claims.

One of his main areas of specialization is domestic and international arbitration. In this regard, José has acted before the main Spanish arbitration courts mostly in disputes related to sectors such as construction & engineering, infrastructure, energy and oil & gas.

José has also been often involved in bankruptcy litigation and in criminal litigation related to white collar crimes.
