As well as acting in District, Circuit and High Court disputes, Aidan has also acted in cases in the Commercial Court, Court of Appeal and Workplace Relations Commission.

He has a special interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution, particularly arbitration and mediation.

Aidan's recent experience includes;

  • being a member of a team advising a property development company in the defence of Commercial Court proceedings taken by a firm of architects in relation to an historic agreement to develop land in north Dublin.
