Kārlis Mārtinš is paralegal who mainly supports our Banking and Finance, Tax, Litigation, Corporate and Commercial practice groups.

Kārlis Mārtinš provides the team with research on both national and international regulatory enactments, participates in the process of company formation, registration of changes and liquidation, communicates with state institutions, prepares various procedural documents and conducts legal due diligence.

Kārlis Mārtinš is currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in law at the University of Latvia.
