Lauma has gained experience in commercial law while working in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia and then also working in the private sector serving national and foreign companies. Lauma's role in the office is to provide support to companies such as Yours in order to successfully represent company's corporate and commercial interests both in relations with public authorities and other companies. Lauma will also help Your company with issues related to the existing structure or reorganization of the company.

Lauma holds Master's degree in law from the University of Latvia, Faculty of Law.
