Elizaveta Belotserkovskaya is an associate in our litigation and dispute management group.

Elizaveta’s key practice areas are commercial litigation and arbitration, and law of obligations. She advises on a wide range of matters under contract law and tort law, since these areas form the major field of her professional and academic interests. Elizaveta also regularly participates in projects of our corporate and M&A group.

Elizaveta’s recent experience includes:

  • preparation of an appeal to Russian Constitutional Court to review several provisions of the Russian State Commercial Procedural Code and legislation on arbitration
  • representing client, a global manufacturer of engines and generating sets for the marine industry, in several court proceedings against its counterparties in Russia under contracts for servicers, works, and products
  • consulting several clients on dispute resolution clauses for M&A/Corporate agreements
  • participation in representing a subsidiary of a German developer against a Russian business conglomerate in a number of disputes concerning annulment of a domestic arbitral award, as well as request to refuse its recognition
  • advising on issues related to termination of a complicated joint project on construction of a residential complex in Russia

In October 2017, Elizaveta participated in "Ladies in Arbitration" event at Eversheds Sutherland Finland together with Finland Arbitration Institute, where she gave a presentation on arbitration in Russia.
