Practice notes

Until now, Rudolf Kristian has focused mainly on real estate transactions, development projects, representation in litigation and administrative proceedings, and FIDIC contract terms. At Eversheds Sutherland, he became part of the real estate team, building on his previous practice.

Rudolf graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University and also studied at the Universidad de Granada in Spain. He is fluent in English and Spanish. He joined Eversheds Sutherland after working at the law firm Kruták & Partners.

Rudolf Kristian se ve své právní praxi doposud věnoval především nemovitostním transakcím, developerským projektům, zastupování v soudních sporech a správních řízeních a smluvním podmínkám FIDIC. V Eversheds Sutherland se stal součástí týmu Real Estate a navazuje tak na svou dosavadní praxi. Do Eversheds Sutherland přišel z advokátní kanceláře Kruták & Partners.

Rudolf vystudoval právnickou fakultu Univerzity Karlovy a také studoval na Universidad de Granada ve Španělsku. Hovoří plynně anglicky a španělsky.

Bisher konzentrierte sich Rudolf Kristian hauptsächlich auf Immobilientransaktionen, Entwicklungsprojekte, Vertretung in Rechtsstreitigkeiten und Verwaltungsverfahren sowie FIDIC-Vertragsbedingungen. Bei Eversheds Sutherland ist er Teil des Immobilien-Teams, auf seiner bisherigen Praxis aufbauen.

Rudolf absolvierte die juristische Fakultät der Karlsuniversität und studierte an der Universidad de Granada in Spanien. Er spricht fließend Englisch und Spanisch.
