Practice notes

Tigran Serobyan reinforces our international trade, commercial and banking law group. His fields of activity also include domestic and international litigation, international commercial arbitration, commercial law, sanctions and contracts, debt enforcement, white-collar crime, administrative law and other matters.

Tigran Serobyan is a graduate of the University of Geneva’s and Yerevan State University’s Faculties of Law. Following his graduate studies, he also completed a postgraduate Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Law and Economics at the Universities of Rotterdam, Ghent and Manchester. In 2008, he completed his PhD on the topic of the Judiciary of the European Union.

He has been admitted to the bars in Switzerland, England and Wales and Armenia.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Tigran Serobyan worked for a multinational firm providing professional corporate secretarial and private clients services, major law firms, a Big Four Company, etc. Before taking the bar exam in Switzerland, he completed his internship at a top tier Swiss law firm and at the Geneva State administration.
